Can I book directly from the site?
Through our website you can submit your availability request through the form but you cannot make a reservation. Click on “Request Availability” and we will let you know within a few hours whether the days you requested are free or not.

Where to park in Castiglione della Pescaia near the historic center?
The apartments are located in the pedestrian zone; we recommend Parking “Piazza Garibaldi” (250 m, rate € 1.20/hour, free 20:00) 20:00-8:00) and Parking “Ponti di Badia” (500 m, free H24, summer shuttle every 15 min).
Is there charging for electric car?
Two Enel X columns are in the Piazzale Maristella parking lot (4 min walk from accommodations).

How many minutes are the beaches from your hamlet?
Castiglione’s free beaches and establishments are about 7 minutes by car / 15 minutes by bike; the shoreline is flat and served by bike path.

What time can I enter the apartment and when should I leave it?
Are linens, Wi-Fi, air conditioning included?
Of course: bedding, towels and courtesy kit are included, as well as free Wi-Fi and independent air conditioning.
Are pets allowed?
We welcome small/medium sized dogs and cats (extra charge € 30 for final cleaning). Report it when booking: we will prepare bowl and mat.
